The way our new system works is that we have a cutoff time of SUNDAY MIDNIGHT orders or active subscriptions at that time will be delivered the following week (within the next 6 days depending on your location – we will confirm delivery days shortly).
Here are 2 scenarios to get your subscription back in place
1. I NEED MY GRASS NEXT WEEK
Signup before this Sunday, 13th of December 11:59pm (before midnight)
2. I NEED MY GRASS IN THE COMING WEEKS
Signup the week beforehand, your next delivery is required (Before Sunday midnight the week prior to delivery).
Cutoff for next weeks grass delivery:
When you do sign up, please take special care of the address, we implemented an address search field as there were previously a lot of errors with addresses, this will eliminate delivery mistakes or delays.
There are new benefits to the new website for all, via the new “My account” page you can
- Change or cancel your subscription
- Upgrade or downgrade
- We now have a 3-weekly subscription!
- Pause and resume
- Better email communication
If you ordered a starter kit on the old website and have not yet received it – don’t worry, we still have your order and your kit will be displayed on or before the 20th of December. You may notice that your account is “On hold” until then.
You can still order starter kits but the grass and your subscription will be delayed until the 20th of December (end of next week).
